Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians spent Tuesday night in a San Diego-area hospital and underwent testing, but was released and re-joined his team on Wednesday, according to multiple reports.

NFL Network reported that Arians was released around 8 a.m. Pacific time, and that his condition was not considered serious.

The Cardinals are in San Diego for joint practices with the Chargers in advance of their preseason game on Friday.

On Tuesday, a team spokesman tweeted that Arians alerted the team medical staff that he was not feeling well and having stomach pain; team physician Wayne Kuhl reportedly escorted Arians, who is a prostate cancer survivor, to a hospital. Arians, 63, underwent a battery of tests and was kept overnight.
